Mindy is based in Denver, Colorado and will have principal responsibility for the operations of Cadence’s growing portfolio in Colorado and Utah. Mindy has over 25 years of experience in operations, sales and marketing in the senior living industry. Most recently, Mindy was a Regional Vice President of Operations for Milestone Communities. She has also held a similar role with MorningStar Senior Living and sales and marketing roles with MorningStar Senior Living and Bethesda Senior Living. “Mindy brings to Cadence well-rounded local experience in both operations and sales,” stated Cadence Principal Eric Gruber, “she is also a great cultural fit and we are excited about Mindy adding to the outstanding team already assembled at Cadence.”
