Joey Wintch

With over 24 years as an operational executive, Joey Wintch serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Cogir Senior Living. In this role, Joey provides strategic leadership and oversees the operational success of the organization’s diverse portfolio in Arizona, Colorado, and Southern California, focusing on excellence in resident care. 

Before joining Cogir, Joey held several roles with progressive responsibility with FedEx, starting as a frontline team member and progressing to a Managing Director of Operations role. Joey’s experience in developing and implementing transformational strategies to optimize operations, deliver exceptional service, and cultivate high performing teams that are empowered to enhance performance will help elevate resident and Cogir colleague experiences.

Joey is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Joey also holds a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, specializing in Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University Global.
