Justin Stein

Justin’s journey in senior living began with a deeply personal experience as a caregiver at his grandmother’s assisted living community. Since then, he has built a dynamic career that includes multi-site operations roles with Brookdale Senior Living and Vice President positions at Bickford Senior Living, where he led both Human Resources and Sales initiatives and played a pivotal role in enhancing their sales strategies and workforce engagement.

In his current role as the Assistant Chief Operating Officer with Cogir, Justin will oversee the company’s operational performance and policies, drive sales, and promote resident and colleague relations, all while upholding the company’s human-focused philosophy and commitment to innovation and excellence.

Justin holds a degree in Organizational Communication from Grand Canyon University and has completed the Integral Leadership Program (ILP) at the renowned Stagen Leadership Academy, further enhancing his expertise in conscious, transformative leadership.

Justin is not only passionate about senior living, but also committed to fostering a culture of flexibility and adaptability within teams, recognizing the evolving needs of both employees and customers in the senior living sector.
