Since joining Cogir in 2021, Sunni has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, elevating service standards, and supporting the company’s mission to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Prior to her transition into senior living, Sunni built a distinguished 20-year career in executive leadership roles within the hospitality industry, where she led high-performing teams and oversaw complex, multi-site operations. Her deep understanding of service culture and guest experience continues to shape her approach to leadership in the senior living space.

Sunni holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, blending clinical insight with operational expertise to deliver holistic, people-first strategies.
