Travis Novak

Travis Novak serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing all current and future Welltower-managed communities.

With more than 33 years of executive leadership experience, Travis has led large-scale operations and high-performing teams throughout his career, including extensive leadership roles with FedEx overseeing multi-state operations and customer-focused performance initiatives.

Known for his collaborative and people-focused leadership style, Travis brings a strong commitment to accountability, operational excellence, and team development. His ability to build strong cultures, develop leaders, and execute with consistency continues to strengthen the organization as it grows.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
