Seniorly Awards Celebrate Senior Living Communities with Exceptional Consumer Sentiment

Seniorly analyzed 500,000 online reviews across 60,000 facilities and explored sentiment across six categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction. To qualify for consideration, communities had to be in the top two percent of consumer sentiment ratings, be free of licensing violations for the last 36 months and have no negative media coverage for the last 24 months.
