Cogir announces addition to Corporate Finance and Accounting Team

Scottsdale, AZ. — We are pleased to announce that Lidia Panayotova has joined the Cogir corporate team as Assistant Controller. In her position as the Assistant Controller, Lidia will oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for several of Cogir’s communities as well as work on general corporate accounting matters. Prior to joining Cogir, Lidia served as a Senior Finance Accountant for Kitchell Corporation, a Phoenix based General Contractor and Property Manager, was a Senior Project Finance Accountant with Walton Development and Management and also worked in the accounting department for KB Homes, a leading national publicly traded homebuilder. Lidia, a licensed CPA, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business as well as a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
