Acoya Troon by Cogir offers Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.

Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Arizona’s governing health office. Acoya Troon by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercises classes and programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, organized indoor sports, piano, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, wellness programs, women’s groups and yoga.

At ACOYA Troon you can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer oportunities and walking trails.

Your monthly rent will include 24/7 dining, basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, utilities, 24 hr concierge, valet parking and signature programming.

Each apartment comes with air conditioning, dishwasher, individual climate control, microwaves, private balcony, private kitchen, private patio, refrigerators, safety-assist bathrooms, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, washer and dryer and motion sensor safety.

At ACOYA Troon we require staff background checks, secured entrances and 24/7 front door/desk coverage.

We offer flexible visiting hours including morning, afternoon and evening times. Guests are allowed at meal-times as well as to stay overnight. There is also on-site parking available for guests.

Cats, small dogs under 25lbs., large dogs over 25 lbs. and service animals are all allowed.
