However, since Cogir took ownership, the shift in quality has been incredible. The environment is now much more enriching, and the team finally feels like a group that truly cares. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and-most importantly-they actually listen to concerns and desires. It is such a relief to have a leadership team that treats residents with the respect and attention they deserve.
