With over 30 years in senior living, my passion has always been creating spaces where residents and teams thrive. I’ve had the privilege of serving as both an Executive Director and an Operations Specialist, and throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong, supportive communities.
Some of the moments I’m most proud of include maintaining deficiency-free surveys and receiving the Silver Achievement Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. As I step into a regional role, I’m excited to walk alongside our communities—sharing what I’ve learned, supporting their goals, and continuing to grow together.
