With 15 years of experience in senior living, I’m passionate about creating warm, welcoming communities where residents and their families feel supported and valued. I’ve specialized in leading teams in assisted living and memory care, always prioritizing quality care and resident satisfaction. I began my journey as a Business Office Manager and hold an Assisted Living Manager license. As a Virginia native now living in Maryland, I enjoy family time, shopping, movies, and reading.
