Atrium Village offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Short-Term Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors. 

Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Maryland’s governing health office. Atrium Village also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance. 

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, exercise programs, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, piano, resident-run activities, women’s groups, yoga, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, and Wii games.

At Atrium Village, you can enjoy day trips, events and outings, gardening, and park visits.

Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Our apartments include air conditioning, furnished rooms, individual climate control, microwaves, private kitchen, private kitchenette, refrigerators, safety-assist bathroom, walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer.

We require staff background checks, have 24-hour security, and a secure memory care unit.

We offer  flexible visiting hours, including overnight guests stays, and on-site parking.
