And at Atrium Village, you won’t get buried under additional monthly fees. Here, residents never have to worry about property taxes, HOA fees, landscaping expenses, or utility bills. Plus, 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and utilities (excluding cable and phone) are all included in your rent. Ours is not a one-size-fits-all approach to senior living. You only pay for the services you want not those you may or may not need in the future.
