Jessica goes way above and beyond her call of duty, and invests herself in helping during the challenging times. I cannot adequately describe the comfort she provided to our family. Tommy is an upbeat, happy and welcoming person, who truly enjoys his calling and treats residents with love, dignity and a dose of humor. If your loved one needs care, this is the place. My gratitude extends to the rest of the staff, nurses, cleaning staff and the laundry lady. Collectively they make this facility feel like home.

As Executive Director of Bay Pointe Assisted Living & Marine Courte Memory Care in Bremerton, WA, Haley brings over a decade of experience in senior care and nursing to the role. A licensed practical nurse since 2014, Haley is known for a compassionate, hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to resident-centered care. Under her] guidance, Bay Pointe has become one of Kitsap County’s most trusted and welcoming senior living communities. Outside of work, Haley is an active supporter of local youth sports, volunteering with South Kitsap Southern Little League, South Kitsap Soccer Club, and the Bremerton Rotary. This balance of professional dedication and community involvement reflects her passion for service—both inside and outside the community.
