What levels of care do you offer?
Blossom Valley by Cogir offers Assisted Living for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Blossom Valley by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Does our community support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs like arts and crafts, card playing, cooking classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, piano, resident-run activities, stories, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, and women’s groups.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
We offer accompanied walks, day trips, gardening, outdoor group activities, park visits, and volunteer opportunities.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Our monthly rates cover 24/7 dining, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, scheduled transportation, utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our rooms have air conditioning, individual climate control, microwaves, a private kitchenette, refrigerators, safety-assist bathrooms, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We conduct staff background checks.
What are your guest policies?
We have flexible visiting hours in the morning, afternoon, evening, and during mealtimes. There is on-site parking for guests. Overnight guests are allowed.
What is your pet policy?
We allow cats, small dogs (under 25 lbs.), and service animals.
