What a beautiful facility. The Cadence staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The patrons there seem to love and have invited us in to their homes just because. Walking through seeing happy residents is worth every penny. Cadence has so much to offer but it’s the people that make it worth it.

Growing up in an Air Force family, I learned the importance of belonging and that lesson guides me every day as I strive to create a community filled with purpose, connection, and joy.

This community is licensed as an assisted living facility. This license allows us to provide a wide range of supportive services for individuals who need them, but it also means that all of our operations must follow the state regulations that apply to assisted living facilities. We welcome residents who choose to live independently and who may not require personal care or daily support (“Independent Living” residents). These residents may enjoy the apartments, amenities, and lifestyle opportunities as any other member of our community. However, because the community operates under an assisted living license, all Independent Living residents remain subject to the same health, safety, and compliance standards that govern assisted living. This may result in more oversight, policies, or restrictions than are typically found in communities that operate solely as Independent Living.
