My mom, who has dementia, has been at Cadence North Raleigh for a year now. I continue to be impressed with the quality of care she receives daily. She is honestly the happiest I have ever seen her. She has made friends and attends activities daily. She absolutely loves the food there! The staff really cares and goes above and beyond to ensure she is well cared for and happy. It was very difficult to make the decision to put mom in assisted living but so glad we did. The entire staff is very caring and friendly. My mother in law has been at Cadence North Raleigh for 2 years now. She loves it! We (her family) love it, too! The staff are all so friendly, caring, professional, and helpful. The facility is very clean. There are numerous activities for the residents. They try their best to keep all residents involved, loved, and proud to call Cadence their home. The food is delicious!The chef prepares great dishes. The administrator at Cadence makes sure the family members are informed with the happenings at the facility. The managers are always willing to address the resident’s and family’s needs.They may not be able to make all the changes that residents and their family members request, but they will do their best to accommodate. We are very pleased this is my mother in law’s home. We recommend Cadence highly to anyone needing these services.

Brandon is an accomplished Healthcare Administrator possessing years of experience in senior living operations, sales, and financial management. In his previous experience he’s held Executive Director positions for various senior living providers. Brandon is a United States Army Veteran, completing 12 years of service including two forward tours of duty. After completing his military service, he earned his Masters of Healthcare Administration and Masters of Business Administration, and followed his passion for serving others into long-term care. He brings dedication and a drive for excellence to the community. He aims to facilitate a higher standard of senior living by relentlessly pursuing his motto of “Unreasonable Hospitality.” The teams he’s led have been awarded recognition such as a deficiency free state surveys, high occupancy, consumer choice award for business excellence, and highest rated employee satisfaction within the organization’s portfolio.
