What levels of care do you offer?
Cadence North Raleigh by Cogir offers Assisted Living and Memory Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by North Carolina’s governing health office. Cadence North Raleigh by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Does our community support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer women’s groups, men’s groups, musical instruments, wellness programs, stories, resident-run activities, piano, movie nights, live entertainment, lectures and discussions, indoor group activities, game nights, card playing, cook clubs, arts and crafts, and activity programs.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy walking trails, volunteer opportunities, park visits, gardening, events and outings, day trips, and accompanied walks.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes utilities, scheduled transportation, lunch, internet/WiFi, housekeeping, 24/7 dining, dinner, and breakfast.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include a washer & dryer, walk-in tub, walk-in shower, safety-assist bathroom, refrigerator, private kitchenette, microwave, individual climate control, furnished rooms, and air conditioning.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have a secure Memory Care unit.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, evening visiting hours, flexible visiting hours, and on-site parking.
