Jessica went out of her way to care for my loved-one. She even literally went the extra mile(s) to assist in my loved-one’s transition when they had to move away to a higher level of care. She consistently comforted my loved-one, and made me feel that her care was sincere. One thing I did find challenging sometimes was the high turnover rate of employees but the new company/admin/management seems to have addressed this.

I began my journey in healthcare over 34 years ago as a CNA in a nursing home. While senior care has changed in many ways since then, my passion for working with older adults has only grown. I’ve worn many hats in this field—from sales and activities to even stepping into the kitchen when needed. What continues to ground and inspire me most are the residents themselves. Their stories, resilience, and warmth remind me daily why this work matters. I’m proud to be part of the team at Cascadia Village, where meaningful connections and new memories are created every day.
