Cogir at The Quarry offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors. 

Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Cogir at The Quarry also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, intergenerational programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, Wii games, women’s groups, and Yoga.

You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, organized sports (outdoor), outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.

Your monthly rent includes basic cable, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, utilities, Independent Living is about 2 meals a day (flexible dining between 7 and 7) and Assisted Living/MC is 3 meals a day.

Our apartments include air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer & dryer, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, refrigerator, private patio, microwave, individual climate control, private balcony. Cogir at The Quarry has Independent Living (with kitchens & W/Ds) we also have Assisted Living and Memory Care with Kitchenettes only.

We require staff background checks and have a secure Memory Care unit.

We allow on-site parking, overnight guests, guests at mealtimes, and flexible visiting hours.

Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), service animals allowed, and all pets welcome.
