I had Thanksgiving with my mom at Cogir at The Quarry. The buffet was beautiful with a nice variety, and tasted delicious! All the food was excellent, but what really made my experience nice with my mom was our waitress Ophelia! Howard Dunkley brings extensive industry expertise and a deep commitment to enhancing the senior living experience. With a master’s degree in social work and an MBA in senior living from the University of Maryland, Howard’s career path was shaped by a chance opportunity and a lifelong connection to older adults. Growing up with his grandparents and spending significant time with seniors inspired his empathy-driven and holistic approach to care. As a leader at Laurel Parc, Howard’s previous employer, he is a compassionate advocate who fosters a sense of family within the community. His dedication reflects his belief that exceptional care is not just a duty but a privilege.
