Leading in senior living has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating meaningful experiences for older adults, helping residents thrive in a supportive, welcoming, and compassionate environment. I am passionate about guiding strong teams, fostering a culture of care, and ensuring every resident feels respected, valued, and like part of a family.
Outside of work, my family is at the heart of my life. I treasure time spent with my children, enjoy outdoor adventures, cooking, and writing, and take pride in giving back through charitable events and volunteer efforts that bring joy and support to the broader community.
