What levels of care do you offer?
Cogir of Cedar Creek offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by California’s governing health office. Cogir of Cedar Creek also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, cooking classes, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, movie nights, physical fitness program, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), and wellness programs.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, events and outings, gardening, organized sports (outdoor), outdoor group activities, park visits, and volunteer opportunities.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a microwave, refrigerator, safety-assist bathroom, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have a secure Memory Care unit.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking, and overnight guests.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
