The staff is attentive, responsive, and truly committed to resident well-being. Communication with our team is seamless, and it's clear that resident safety and dignity are always top priorities. The nursing and caregiving teams go above and beyond to provide individualized care, especially for residents in memory care. You can feel the warmth and respect the moment you walk through the doors-this is not just a facility, but a true community. A special shoutout to Mailani the Activities Director, who is absolutely outstanding. The activities program is engaging, creative, and thoughtfully designed to meet residents where they are cognitively and physically. It's clear they put their heart into everything they do. ## Hear from our executive director

> My name is Jason Konrad, Executive Director of Cogir of Gilbert in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. With over 27 years of experience spread across a variety of different disciplines, I have been running Senior Living communities in Arizona for almost a decade now. I recently had the pleasure of transitioning to Cogir in May of 2026; after previously working with competitors in the market since 2015. Prior to Senior Living, I worked in Budget/Finance for Local Government and in Higher Education. I also spent 6 years as an Information Systems Technician in the US Navy traveling around the world after college. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, along with coaching and being around sports in any way. I'm also a diehard Buffalo Bills fan. This is our year; Go Bills!
