What levels of care do you offer?
Cogir of Harrisburg Park offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by South Carolina’s governing health office. Cogir of Harrisburg Park also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Does your community support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

You can enjoy our gym, hair and nail salon, exercise classes, movie theater, activity room, billiards, and poker table.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
We have raised garden beds, a gas fire pit, yard games, a dog park, outings, and a walking club.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes all utilities, spectrum internet, spectrum WiFi, weekly housekeeping, concierge van to medical appointments, activities, outings, maintenance, workout room, concierge breakfast 7 days a week, restaurant-style dinner 6 days a week, and Sunday brunch buffet.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include full kitchens, including dishwasher and disposal, washer and dryer in every unit, ceiling fans, granite countertops, white and brown cabinet packages, LVP flooring, ceiling fans, patio on every unit except studios, subway tile walk-in showers with grab bars, 10-foot ceilings, large windows with high-quality blinds, and carpet in the bedrooms.
What security features do you offer?
All of the doors operate on a fob system and are locked 24/7. The front door is on a timer and unlocks 8 am – 6 pm. There are also cameras on the property.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
Guests must sign in at the front desk. For stays longer than 7 days, guests must be approved by our manager.
What is your pet policy?
Cats and dogs are allowed, it is a $500 pet fee at move-in.
