Hear from our executive director
My senior living career started 14 years ago as a caregiver while working at Sunrise Senior Living in Orange County, California. I then obtained my nursing license and worked as a Health and Wellness Director for companies such as Brookdale Senior Living, focusing on regulatory compliance and team building. After receiving my RCFE administrator’s license, my family and I moved to Washington State in 2017. I worked as an Executive Director for senior living providers specializing in regulatory compliance, clinical quality assurance, new community operations, and multi-site support. I joined the Kent team in August of 2021 as Executive Director of Cadence at Kent-Meridian, now Cogir of Kent. I strive to create a warm and friendly community where all are welcome.
