Our Connections program is an early intervention service that challenges the mind, removes barriers to engagement and promotes autonomy in a small-group, structured setting with peers. It is designed for Assisted Living residents experiencing early memory loss and allows them to age in place without having to enter Memory Care.

The property is absolutely beautiful, providing all of the amenities I’m looking for. Equally as important, Erin was amazing!! She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate…traits that are critical when seeking a new “home” for family. She also paid attention to the smallest of details which was very impressive.
