With 20+ years of professional experience in senior living, Rachel’s dedication to serving older adults has been a lifelong journey. As Executive Director of Cogir of Old Town, Alexandria, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her role, having been a family caregiver herself. A graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with multiple professional certifications, she leads with a focus on creating a close-knit community where each resident is understood and valued as an individual. When not fostering memorable experiences at Cogir, Rachel enjoys home improvement projects, cheering for her favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with her son and dog.
