What levels of care do you offer?
Edmonds Landing by Cogir offers Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Edmonds Landing by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Does your community support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, intergenerational programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, and gardening.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include individual climate control, a microwave, private kitchenette, private outdoor area, refrigerator, safety-assist bathroom, and walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have 24-hour security.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking, overnight guests, morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, and evening visiting hours.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
