Providing the support your loved ones need
Deciding to move a loved one into a community that is equipped to provide them the care they need is an incredibly difficult decision. Providing them with expert support in a welcoming environment is the best gift you can give them.
There are many options out there designed for your loved one to thrive such as Memory Care communities, Nursing Homes and Long Term Care services. It’s important to understand what each type of supportive environment offers to make the best decision for your loved one. While these all offer comprehensive care, disabled senior support, supervision and all-inclusive meals, there are a few key differences that we explore below.

I have had family members in four senior living facilities, and Harvard Square is the best! After my wife and I moved here, her experience was transformative. They have lots of activities, but what makes it different is the friendly people — both residents and staff. When my wife came out of her depression, her psychiatrist said, “human interaction is more powerful than any drug I can prescribe.” Harvard Square had issues in the past, but the new director is aggressively fixing them. I recommend this place without reservation.
I have both of my parents living here. They are being well taken care of. I have no complaints. They love the food! The attendants have been very kind and responsive. I am so thankful for Harvard Square. They have been such a great help to me as their caregiver. I’m looking into my mother-in-law possibly living here also. I would highly recommend this facility.
I had a loved one that lived here and I’m so grateful I did. It was a hard decision, but I made it based off of the quality of care they would be receiving and did receive especially after Tejah was hired on as the Memory Care Director. After she joined, she made sure to keep me up to date with their care plan and also sent me updates on their mental and physical health – which I appreciated. I noticed the staff were more engaged with family members and residents in general too when before, that was lacking a little. I felt welcomed and like they truly cared about my family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else – you can tell Tejah genuinely cares and that is reflected by the staff.
