My first visit to park terrace was very surprising. A gated facility which showed me that they took security seriously. Upon entering the lobby I was impressed with the large size and the total layout. Residents and staff were friendly. The facility was clean and had many activities for the residents. I was given a tour by a staff member by the name Dawn. I was shown several apartments. The units were clean and well maintained. As I had many questions about the facility and how its operation. I can tell you that Dawn was not only friendly but went above and beyond being helpful and was very patient. I was offered lunch and pleasantly surprised at the quality. I eventually signed for a unit for a family member. Although I returned several times for a repeat tour with my family member and had more questions, I was never rushed by Dawn and was made to feel more like family than a resident. Dawn is a very special person who seems to genuinely care about all the residents. I observed residents needing assistance even as we toured, yet Dawn took time to make sure all was well. Prices seem a bit high for persons that receive only social security. Overall I believe this facility has great potential. Sal

I can’t say enough good things about Park Terrace Senior Living! From the moment we first visited, it was clear that this was more than just a retirement community—it was a true home filled with warmth, respect, and compassion. The staff go above and beyond every day to make sure residents are cared for and feel valued. They’re not only professional and attentive but genuinely kind and friendly. My father has been living here for 1year and the positive change in their happiness and well-being has been remarkable. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable common areas, lovely gardens, and a welcoming atmosphere. The activities calendar is always full of engaging events that promote connection and a sense of purpose. The food is also excellent—nutritious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with options to accommodate dietary needs. It’s clear that great care is taken in every aspect of the experience here. Choosing Park Terrace was one of the best decisions our family has made. It gives us peace of mind to know our loved one is safe, happy, and surrounded by such a supportive environment.

This community has had tremendous renovations and it is absolutely stunning. Knowing what it looked like 20 years ago as the fountains and now Park Terrace Senior Living! Amazing. It’s so wonderful to see familiar faces from when it was a hotel. That speaks volumes for the passion the staff have for their jobs. Truly a hidden gem. You never expect this beauty and offerings from just driving by. Once you’re in the gates and explore the property it is truly breathtaking. Walking into the lobby you feel like you’re in a fancy resort in Vegas. Truly one of a kind here in Phoenix.

With over a decade of experience in senior living and more than 20 years of pastoral service across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, Bobby Long brings heartfelt leadership and a deep sense of purpose to his role at Park Terrace. Before joining our community, Bobby served as an Area Director of Operations, supporting senior living communities throughout the East for over 14 years. He and his wife, Beverly—married since 1987—share a love of cruises, antique hunting, and time with their grandchildren. Their beloved Pekingese, Lovey, is never far behind. Bobby’s passion lies in delivering excellence, compassion, and a true sense of home for every resident and family he serves.
