What levels of care do you offer?
Park Terrace by Cogir offers Independent Living services.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Arizona’s governing health office. Park Terrace also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Does our community support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, piano, physical fitness program, organized sports (indoor), resident-run activities, stories, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, women’s groups, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, cycling, day trips, events and outings, gardening, organized sports (outdoor), outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, a dishwasher, individual climate control, a microwave, walk-in shower, refrigerator, private kitchenette, private kitchen, washer & dryer, and a safety-assist bathroom.
What security features do you offer?
We require 24-hour security, staff background checks, and have a security gate.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow overnight guests, on-site parking, guests at mealtimes, flexible visiting hours, evening visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, and morning visiting hours.
What is your pet policy?
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), cats allowed, large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
