Pelican Pointe by Cogir offers Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors. 

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Oregon’s governing health office. Pelican Pointe by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, intergenerational programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, organized sports (indoor), physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, stories, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, Wii games, and women’s groups.

You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, organized sports (outdoor), outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.

Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, lunch, linen service, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a microwave, a private kitchenette, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, and a walk-in shower.

We require staff background checks and have 24-hour security.

We allow morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, evening visiting hours, flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, and on-site parking.
