With over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, Peder Berg brings a deep personal commitment and professional expertise to his work. After a successful career in corporate sales and marketing, Peder made a purposeful transition into senior living, driven by the profound impact Alzheimer’s had on his grandparents. This experience inspired a lifelong mission to improve the quality of care, dignity, and connection for older adults facing memory loss and related challenges. Throughout his career, Peder has held leadership roles focused on enriching the lives of seniors and supporting their families, combining strategic insight with a compassionate, human-centered approach.
