Port Townsend Senior Living by Cogir offers Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.

Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Port Townsend Senior Living by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, movie nights, musical instruments, piano, resident-run activities, stories, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), and Yoga.

You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.

Your monthly rent includes 24/7 dining, basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a microwave, a private balcony, private kitchen, private kitchenette, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer.

We require staff background checks.

We allow on-site parking, overnight guests, and flexible visiting hours.

All pets are welcome, including service animals!
