Welcome to Solista Bellevue

I’ve been a resident with Bellevue Solista since 10/2025 & the experience has been great so far. Thanks to all members of the management, front office, culinary & maintenance teams who are always kind, pleasant & responsive to go above and beyond to help getting things done to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable & comfortable place to live. I’d like to give special mentioning to the following employees: Spencer Wardrip: Activities Director – (Spencer is an energetic & creative leader. He always comes up with interesting projects/activities for us & never gets tired of managing them. Everyone thinks highly of him). Adriana Bonjoukian: Hospitality Manager. (Adriana is kind & caring. We feel comfortable with her presences of always being cheerful & compassionate to help others). Paul Cassidy, head culinary chef, is thoughtful, friendly & cheerful. He’s great at what he does. Always come up with thoughtful & nutritious meals for the residents. In addition with the great supporting chefs from Nancy Ekberg & Mark Hammond, meals are always prepared & handled properly and efficiently. As for weekly housecleaning, I’m happy & satisfied with the services provided by Karima Touati. Besides being kind & efficient, she always gives her 100% supports to make sure all rooms are done nicely & properly. I feel happy to be a resident here & definitely will recommend to anyone who are looking for a place to live as their future independent living.

This location is absolutely beautiful!! Shannon was so wonderful to talk to. She truly went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. We have a family member moving to the area in a few months. This is definitely a top contender!

My husband and I moved here recently and a special shout-out about Micky who went above and beyond to assure that our move in went smoothly. She is very detailed about the little things that make such a big difference. All of the staff are professional. We are very happy here at Bellevue Garden.

This place made my overwhelming decision so easy. I’m glad a I found the number for a place for Mom. They connected me to communities that are best for my needs. I went to go see the place on my own. I loved it and they were able to work with my budget. The next day my father and I went there for lunch. We sat at a table with the most wonder sweet group of ladies who were happy to answer all my questions. They told us the tricks and rules of the dining room. I loved the smile my dad had on his face. He agreed on the spot. Kelly the manager and James were so so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Ok happy my parents are moving here soon.

The facility was great, had a lot to offer, shuttles, books, games, ect. Room was good size and the cost was great! My mother-in-Law had a great lunch with the other residents and really made a difficult decision to move into retirement community easier for her.

I read the previous review and have to completely disagree. I think the food is consistently good and would encourage people to try it for themselves. My mother lives here and I think it saved her life. She went from being a hermit to involved in social activities. As far as the food goes, I eat here frequently and it’s pretty good. Not great, but good. The staff is phenomenal, especially Patsy and Jennifer. Jennifer moved my mom in and was completely open and honest about everything, a very unique quality in a sales person. Patsy worked hard to involve my mother and make sure she felt welcomed. This community was by far the best of any we visited and we visited a lot! We are 100% satisfied with the decision we made. The residents are more independent here than any other community we visited which was the biggest thing for my mom. It doesn’t feel like an old folks home, but a welcoming and fun community. So, is the food perfect? No, like any restaurant they have their good and as days, but you can order from multiple options and always get something else if you don’t like what you ordered. I think for the price, the environment, and the staff it’s 5 stars.
