What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Carson offers Independent Living services for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Nevada’s governing health office. Solista Carson also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, card playing, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, live entertainment, movie nights, organized sports (indoor), piano, resident-run activities, TV (cable/satellite), Wii games, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, walking trails, and volunteer opportunities.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private balcony, a private kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking, and overnight guests.
What is your pet policy?
Service animals allowed, cats allowed, and small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.).
