Solista Everett offers Independent Living services for modern seniors.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Solista Everett also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer arts and crafts, activity programs, billiards, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, exercise programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, stories, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, women’s groups, and Yoga.

You can enjoy accompanied walks, cycling, day trips, events and outings, gardening, outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.

Your monthly rent includes 24/7 dining, basic cable, breakfast, housekeeping, dinner, internet/WiFi, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private balcony, a private kitchenette, a private outdoor area, a private patio, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in tub, and a washer & dryer.

We require staff background checks.

We allow flexible visiting hours, on-site parking, and overnight guests.
