What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Gresham offers Independent Living services for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Oregon’s governing health office. Solista Gresham also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, intergenerational programs, movie nights, musical instruments, resident-run activities, stories, TV (cable/satellite), and wellness programs.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy day trips, events and outings, gardening, park visits, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private balcony, a private kitchenette, a private outdoor area, a private patio, a refrigerator, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks. Additionally, we have a security gate and resident emergency call pendants
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow overnight guests, on-site parking, flexible visiting hours, evening visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, morning visiting hours, and guests at mealtimes.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), service animals allowed, and large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.).
