What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Hickory offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by North Carolina’s governing health office. Solista Hickory also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, cooking classes, lectures and discussions, movie nights, musical instruments, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), Wii games, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy day trips, walking trails, and outdoor group activities.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private balcony, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have 24-hour security.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow overnight guests, on-site parking, guests at mealtimes, and flexible visiting hours.
What is your pet policy?
