This is an amazing place. The residence are wonderful, partly due to a very caring staff that takes great care of the people who live there. They know everyone by name, they engage with them, they listen to them, and treat them like family. We visited many places for our elders dad who needed a little community to be a part of and I would want to live here when I need a bit of help. The amazing thing is that there is a sister community in fort Collins and it has the identical respect and passion for the care they provide the residence.

We were greeted upon arriving at the residence housing, with a friendly & smiling manager. Having lived there before, we were told of all the updates & remodeling that had been done. Everything was clean & welcoming. Hear from our executive director
My name is Bonnie. I’m the Executive Director of Solista Longmont, and I have over 20 years of property management experience. I have worked in multi-family housing, and this is the third senior property that I have managed. I enjoy working with seniors and helping to support them and make their home a comfortable and peaceful place to be. When I’m not working, I rescue horses, rehab them, and find them new loving homes.
