Solista Milwaukie offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Oregon’s governing health office. Solista Milwaukie also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, card playing, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, movie nights, organized sports (indoor), resident-run activities, TV (cable/satellite), and Wii games.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy day trips, events and outings, gardening, park visits, outdoor group activities, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, lunch, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, utilities, and internet in common space.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private kitchenette, a refrigerator, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and front door locks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking for guests, and overnight guests stays.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), service animals allowed, and all pets welcome!
