Hear from our executive director
My name is Kelcie Mauser and I am proud to be the Executive Director of Solista Newberg. I found my passion for senior living 11 years ago when I accepted a part-time server position at an Assisted Living Community. While I was there, a few managers took a chance on me and I was promoted to multiple management roles. I learned early in my senior living career to prioritize residents and actively listen to their needs. I am a Newberg local (by marriage) and have lived here for over 10 years. My husband, Jerel, and I have two children, Koby (15), and Isabella (12). We have two dogs, Rosco and Buddy, and a kitty named Sonny. As a family, we enjoy camping, fishing, softball, listening to music, and sharing great meals!
