This is an independent living facility not assisted. There are wonderful apartments at good monthly rates. Basic cleaning, basic cable, and meals are included in the monthly rates! Visitors eat free. The meals are very well prepared and the selection is nicely varied day to day. Fantastic amount of activities. Property is lockdown at night for safety. There is an in-house beauty technician that does both men and women by appointment. Really great place to live if you’re tired of living alone and tired of maintaining a house. You can walk to the Roseburg Cinema. Roseburg shopping is very close by. The staff is excellent. Everybody peers to be very happy working there and there are several people who have been working at the facility for years. 💗

This is a wonderful retirement center. I needed a safe place for a family member to live and they were so helpful with the many questions I had during the process. They were attentive during the move and gave plenty of assistance as he got used to his new living arrangements. Friendly and helpful staff are always willing to help and answer questions. Plenty of activities for the residents, free shuttle service in Roseburg, and they clean the apartment every week. We are very pleased with the accommodations and staff here and highly recommend it.

Born and raised in Roseburg, I have always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the close-knit community I’m proud to call home. Family is the center of my life, and I’m blessed to have four children and six wonderful grandchildren who keep life full and meaningful.
My professional background is rooted in caring for and serving others. I spent 10 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), followed by 6 years in management where I developed strong leadership and organizational skills. I also served for one year as the Business Office Director with Solista in Roseburg, gaining valuable experience in operations and team coordination.
For the past 8 years, I have worked in real estate, helping people buy and sell homes in the community I love. My background in healthcare, leadership, and business allows me to connect with clients on a personal level and guide them through one of life’s most important decisions with care, integrity, and dedication.
