What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Spokane offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Solista Spokane also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, stories, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), Wii games, wellness programs, women’s groups, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, park visits, volunteer opportunities, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, private balcony, private patio, refrigerators, safety-assist bathroom, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow overnight guests, on-site parking for guests, guests at mealtimes, flexible visiting hours, morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, and evening visiting hours.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
