I wanted to update my review now that the complex is now Solista by Cogir. My mom was here for 2 years and loved it. Because of health issues, Mom has recently had to go into a skilled nursing facility. The Solista staff (in particular, Kim Campbell) could NOT have been more helpful during this stressful time. She took care of so much of the logistics and made this move so much easier for our mom. Mom wanted to add how much she will miss her friends, the staff who she grew close to including the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff and her stylist, Kim, Tabitha and Reba. She sends her thanks for giving her the dignity and care over the past two years that allowed her to live life on her own terms. I will forever be grateful that we chose Solista for Mom’s home. Thank you all! Previous review: Love this place! My 90 yo mom recently moved in. She is safe, happy, and relaxed. The apartment is beautiful. Great staff!

I absolutely loved my tour at Solista Wilmington! Kimberly (the assistant executive director) gave me and my friend our tour. She was an amazing tour guide and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about if Solista would be the right fit for my mother. She was informative, energetic, and caring. You can tell the staff at Solista really care about the residents. She tailored the tour to be personal to the things my mother would want/need if she were to move in. I never felt like a number or felt pressured while I was there. The entire place was clean, the apartments had more space than I expected, my questions were answered thoroughly, and the prices were reasonable for what is included at Solista.
