Solista Wilmington offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by North Carolina’s governing health office. Solista Wilmington also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, piano, resident-run activities, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, and Wii games.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy accompanied walks, events and outings, outdoor group activities, park visits, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, dishwasher, individual climate control, private balcony, private kitchen, private kitchenette, private outdoor area, private patio, refrigerators, walk-in closet, walk-in tub, and a walk-in shower.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and night time maintenance.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We offer flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking for guests, and overnight guests stays.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
