What levels of care do you offer?
Georgian Lakeside by Cogir offers Assisted Living and Memory Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Georgia’s governing health office. Georgian Lakeside by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
or prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, game nights, indoor group activities, exercise programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, movie nights, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, and women’s groups.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy day trips and gardening.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, private kitchenette, refrigerators, safety-assist bathroom, and walk-in showers.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have a secure Memory Care unit.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We offer morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, evening visiting hours, and guests at mealtimes.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, and small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.)
