What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. The Lofts by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, movie nights, physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, TV (cable/satellite), and wellness programs.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
At The Lofts by Cogir, you can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, outdoor group activities, park visits, and walking trails.

Our apartments include air conditioning, dishwasher, individual climate control, microwaves, private balcony, private kitchen, private patio, refrigerators, walk-in closet, washer & dryer, walk-in shower, and safety-assist bathroom.

We require staff background checks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We offer on-site parking for guests and flexible visiting hours.
