Living Options
Platinum level
Reserved for the first 20 Active Adult and 10 Assisted Living members, the Platinum Level offers the highest tier of benefits. Enjoy one year of dining delivery for Active Adult residents, priority parking with one year complimentary, and first choice of residences. This level also includes custom closet organizers and access to an exclusive Founder’s Chef’s Table experience.
Gold level
Available to 10 Active Adult and 10 Assisted Living members, the Gold Level provides enhanced benefits for early residents. Enjoy six months of dining delivery for Active Adult residents, priority parking with six months complimentary, and second priority selection of residences, along with custom closet organizers included.
